A monthly writers group for female-identifying and non-binary creatives whose work walks in the shadows and the dark corners of life. Horror, drama, comedy, all genres welcome.
The goal of this group is to free up your creativity and deal with the editor in your head. You will get a prompt and 20 minutes to write. No editing, no rewriting, just write what comes to your mind. Sometimes it's easy. Sometimes it's hard. It doesn't matter. This practice is to get you to explore and begin to trust your intuition when it comes to writing.
Participants will be encouraged to read what they've written, time allowing. Gentle critique from moderator will be provided.
The goal is to connect with the joy of writing without worrying about the end result.
